ATL’s First Meeting

We had our first meeting for the tool library on April 14th, 2014, at Absolutely Art and had a great turnout of folks in the neighborhood that want to get involved. At the meeting, we explained our vision for the tool library in the Atwood neighborhood, talked about how other cities have done it, and made plans for moving this idea forward.

We followed up our first meeting with a workshop and demonstration of a window screen repair, hosted by Martin Glass. Phoebe, an employee at Martin Glass, did an exceptional job at showing us how to replace them step-by-step and how to replace a broken single pane window.

For a sustainable neighborhood, yours, mine, ours.
